    THE LAB CONCEPT CLUB brings together four identities within a single universe:

    • THE LAB CARE: cleaning, maintenance, restoration, and protection of sneakers.

    • THE LAB RESELL: consignment, resale, and authentication.

    • THE LAB STUDIO: creation of brands, collections, products, and content.


    One address, one community, and multiple complementary services.
    How do I know if a product is immediately available?

    Most items on the website are ordered especially for you after your order, then authenticated by THE LAB CONCEPT CLUB before shipping or in-store pickup. The estimated delivery time is provided to you after placing your order.

    How does a specific order work?

    If you are looking for a pair, a size, a part, or a model not available on the website, our team can conduct a personalized search for you.


    Availability, final price, estimated delivery time, and order conditions are communicated to you before confirmation. The order is validated only after your agreement and payment.
    Are all your products authentic?

    Yes. All products sold by THE LAB CONCEPT CLUB are 100% authentic and original.


    We work directly with the specialized CheckCheck app to inspect and authenticate items offered, particularly those from resale, consignment, or special orders.


    Our priority is to guarantee every customer a transparent, professional, and secure shopping experience.
    How do delivery and in-store pickup work?

    All orders can be delivered directly to your home or picked up free of charge at our store in Biel.


    Available delivery methods and any shipping costs are indicated before you confirm your order.


    THE LAB CARE services require the pair of shoes to be dropped off and picked up directly at the store.

    Oui. Depuis novembre 2026, THE LAB CONCEPT CLUB est officiellement présent au Portugal, avec la même sélection d’originaux authentifiés.


    Pour l’instant, le Portugal fonctionne uniquement en ligne : vous commandez sur ce site, les prix s’affichent en euros et votre commande est livrée chez vous. De nouvelles annonces suivront bientôt.
    What is your return or exchange policy?

    Returns are only possible for new items purchased at full price, provided the item is intact, unworn, unused, and returned with its tags and original packaging.


    No returns are accepted for:


    • Resale or consignment items

    • Sale items or items purchased on promotion

    • Specific orders made at the customer's request

    • Items ordered in a size or model expressly chosen by the customer

    • Personalized items

    • Services already rendered


    A specific order cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind after requesting a particular model, size, or item.


    In case of a proven defect or problem with the received item, contact our team immediately with your order number and photos. Each situation will be reviewed individually before any decision is made.


    No returns should be made without prior contact and approval from THE LAB CONCEPT CLUB.
    How does THE LAB RESELL work?

    THE LAB RESELL offers several solutions: consignment, direct purchase, authentication, and giving a second life to selected items.


    During consignment, our team examines the following item information with the client:


    • Brand and model

    • Size

    • General condition

    • Accessories and packaging

    • Invoice or proof of purchase

    • Desired price


    The item is then evaluated based on its condition, authenticity, demand, and current market value.


    If the client does not have an invoice or sufficient proof of purchase, the item must undergo an authentication process with CheckCheck before it can be accepted.


    This authentication incurs fees, the amount of which is communicated to the client before the procedure is initiated.


    When an item is accepted for consignment, a contract is drawn up, and THE LAB RESELL manages the process until its sale. A 30% commission is deducted from the final sale price.


    For a direct purchase, a proposal is communicated to the client after a complete evaluation of the item.


    THE LAB RESELL reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet its selection criteria, whose authenticity cannot be confirmed, or whose condition does not allow for professional resale.
    How to book a THE LAB CARE service?

    Choose your desired service from Express Care, Premium Care, or Full Care, then select your drop-off date.


    Your pair is dropped off at the LAB, examined by our team, treated according to the chosen service, and then picked up directly at the store.


    Processing time may vary depending on the condition of the pair, the materials, the selected service, and the workshop's capacity.
    What services does THE LAB STUDIO offer?

    THE LAB STUDIO supports brands, companies, clubs, and creators in developing their projects.


    Our services can include:


    • Brand creation and development

    • Full collection design

    • Product development and production

    • Customization

    • Packaging design

    • Creation of labels, care labels, and hangtags

    • Art direction

    • Visual assets

    • Content production

    • End-to-end support from design to delivery


    Each project is studied individually and receives a proposal tailored to its specific needs.
